3D Printing for Escape Rooms.
Escape room designers need props, puzzle housing, and set-dressing hardware that does not exist in any catalog. FDM 3D printing produces one-off and small-run prop components — lock bodies, mechanism housings, gear assemblies, and set pieces — in days, to the exact dimensions your puzzle requires.

Questions
Straight answers.
Can you make a prop look weathered or industrial?
We print the geometry; the finish is up to you. FDM surfaces take paint, patina wash, and dry-brushing well. We can advise on which surface textures accept different finishing techniques.
How precise can the mechanism parts be?
FDM holds ±0.3mm without post-processing. For tight-tolerance parts we print slightly oversize and provide guidance on hand-fitting. Most puzzle mechanisms work cleanly at FDM tolerances.
Do you need a CAD file?
No. A sketch and overall dimensions are enough to get started. For atmospheric props, a reference image and a rough size is often all we need.
What is the lead time for a room kit?
Quote within 24 hours of your brief. Multi-prop room kits typically ship within one to two weeks of approval depending on part count.
