3D3D ships physical products across Canada. International shipping is available on a case-by-case basis — email info@3d3d.ca for a quote.

Standard delivery within Canada takes 3 to 10 business days after production is complete. Production time depends on the part — simple prints may ship next day, complex multi-part orders may take longer. Your quote will include an estimated timeline.

Rush production is available — say so when you request your quote. Rush orders are prioritized on the production schedule and shipped via expedited service, with rush pricing stated in the quote.

We ship via Canada Post or a commercial courier depending on the size and value of the order. You will receive tracking information for every shipment.

Shipping costs are included in your quote, based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. We do not mark up shipping — you pay what the carrier charges us.

Risk of loss transfers to you when the carrier picks up your package. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us at info@3d3d.ca and we will work with the carrier to resolve it. If a part arrives damaged, we will replace it at no charge (see our Warranty & Returns policy at /returns).
