Terms and Conditions
1. Quote Validity
This is a preliminary quote only. Final pricing will be confirmed after review of your 3D model files. Quotes are valid for 30 days from submission date.
2. File Submission
If URLs are not provided, files must be emailed to 3d3dcanada@gmail.com with your Quote ID in the subject line. We accept STL, OBJ, 3MF, and STEP formats.
3. Pricing Structure
- Base pricing applies to prints up to 500g
- Prints over 500g incur additional charges due to increased risk and time requirements
- Minimum order includes bed rental and admin fees
- All prices subject to 15% HST
4. Warranty & Liability
Limited Warranty: We guarantee our prints will be produced according to the specifications provided. We warrant against defects in printing quality for 30 days from delivery.
Limitation of Liability: We print exactly what is provided. Client is responsible for:
- File accuracy and printability
- Material selection suitability
- Design structural integrity
- Intellectual property rights
Our liability is limited to the cost of reprinting or refund of the print cost only.
5. Production Time
Standard turnaround is 3-7 business days. Rush orders available for additional fee. Times may vary based on complexity and queue.
6. Material & Color
While we offer 35+ colors, availability may vary. We will confirm color availability before proceeding. Material properties are as specified by manufacturer.
7. Post-Processing
Post-processing services are performed to professional standards but results may vary based on model geometry and material properties.
8. Payment
Payment required before production begins. We accept major credit cards, Interac e-Transfer, and PayPal.
9. Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before production begins for full refund. Once production starts, cancellation fees apply.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be resolved under the laws of New Brunswick, Canada.
