Warranty & Returns
Last updated: July 2026
3D3D builds custom work. Everything we produce is made to order, to an agreed specification, and every piece is inspected and tested against that specification before it leaves the shop. Because of that, we do not offer refunds. Here is exactly what we do stand behind.
Manufacturing defects are on us. If a part we made does not match the specification we agreed to in your quote, has a manufacturing flaw, or arrives damaged in shipping, we will remake and replace it at no charge. Email info@3d3d.ca with a photo of the issue and your reference number, and we will ship the replacement as soon as it is ready. Replacement is the remedy — not a refund.
Work produced correctly to the agreed specification is final sale. That includes parts printed from files you supplied, parts built from your measurements or descriptions, rebuilt parts, and all custom fabrication. If you are unsure about a design, order a one-off prototype before committing to a batch — we will tell you honestly what we would check first.
When you supply the file, the quote covers producing that file as supplied. A defect means the part does not match your file or the agreed process — it does not mean the design did not work the way you hoped. Design changes, repairs to the model, fit adjustments, and any other work beyond producing the supplied file are additional work, quoted separately before we do it.
Ongoing services (website hosting, managed services) can be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. There are no partial refunds for unused time within a period.
Website builds and custom software are governed by the scope agreed in your project quote. Changes to scope after work begins are additional work and may affect pricing and timeline — we flag this before proceeding, never after.
None of this limits any right that the law of New Brunswick or Canada says cannot be limited. Where consumer protection legislation grants you a non-waivable remedy, that legislation governs.
