How do I know which service I need?
Describe the problem in an email. We'll tell you which line of work fits — or honestly if someone else is the right call. No pitch, just an answer.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
For project work (3D printing, software builds, field work): no contract, fixed price per job. For managed plans (hosting, CRM, AI care): month-to-month, cancel with 30 days notice.
Can I get a quote before committing?
Yes. Send the problem and we'll return a fixed-price quote within 24 hours. No deposit required. You don't pay anything to ask.
What does 'you own it' actually mean?
The code is in your repository. The domain is in your registrar account. The hosting credentials are set up under your name. The design files are yours as exports. No monthly fee to a platform that can shut you out.
Are your services only for marine or boat businesses?
No. Marine is the flagship test bed for 3D printing — parts prove themselves on Mr Jumpa before going to any customer. But every service line serves any industry.
How does the private AI service work?
ORA is private, loopback-only AI. It runs on hardware we configure at your site — nothing routed to external servers. You can engage us for a one-off consult or a full setup with an ongoing care plan.
