Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation

Our Commitment

3D3D Atlantic Cooperative complies fully with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). We only send commercial electronic messages to recipients who have given express or implied consent.

Express Consent

We obtain express consent through opt-in checkboxes on our order forms, maker applications, and newsletter signup. We never pre-check consent boxes. Consent records (date, source, method) are stored securely.

Implied Consent

Implied consent applies for 24 months after a purchase or 6 months after an inquiry. After this period, we require express consent to continue sending commercial messages.

Unsubscribe

Every commercial email includes a clear, functional unsubscribe mechanism. Unsubscribe requests are processed within 10 business days (typically within hours). You can also email info@3d3d.ca to unsubscribe.

Identification

All commercial emails clearly identify 3D3D Atlantic Cooperative as the sender, include our physical mailing address (Moncton, NB), and provide contact information.

Transactional Messages

Order confirmations, shipping notifications, and account-related messages are transactional and exempt from CASL consent requirements. These are sent only in relation to an existing transaction or account.
