3D Printing for HVAC.

HVAC technicians deal with discontinued plastic housings, non-standard duct adapters, and sensor mounts that no distributor carries. FDM 3D printing makes one-off and small-run parts to spec in days — from duct flanges to control-board brackets — without waiting weeks for a special order that may never arrive.

Duct adapters, housing covers, and sensor brackets — custom-made in days, not weeks.

What we make

What we print for hvac.

Discontinued blower-housing covers and motor-bracket mountsReproduced from a broken original in ABS, the standard material for HVAC plastic up to 105°C, with no minimum order.
Custom duct adapters and transition fittingsNon-standard duct sizes that catalog fittings don't cover — measured from a photo, printed to the exact opening dimensions.
Control-board mounting brackets and wire-management clipsSheet-metal brackets replaced with printed PETG clips that fit the exact board geometry and clear the surrounding components.
Thermostat backplate adaptersLegacy wall cutouts that don't accept modern thermostat bases — bridged with a printed adapter so the new stat fits without patching drywall.
Condensate-tray drain plugs and filter-frame endsSmall sealing components in TPU or PETG, sized to the exact drain port, in the material that holds up to condensate and temperature cycling.

Questions

Straight answers.

Can the parts handle HVAC operating temperatures?

ABS handles up to approximately 105°C and is the standard for HVAC plastic housings. ASA is better for outdoor units with UV exposure. We specify the right material by application in every quote.

How do I send you the specs?

A phone photo of the broken or missing part and one rough measurement — width, diameter, or depth. We handle the engineering from there and confirm fit before printing.

What if I need the same part for multiple units?

We batch the print and the per-unit cost drops at 10, 25, and 50 pieces. The quote includes all quantities upfront so you decide on the run size before approving.

Can you work from a manufacturer part number?

We can research it, but a photo is faster and more reliable. Discontinued parts often have no surviving spec sheet. A photo and a tape measure get us to a print-ready file in 24 hours.
