3D Printing for Breweries

Parts built for breweries.
No catalog needed.

Breweries need custom tap handles, fermentation-vessel fittings, and branded drinkware hardware that no supplier stocks as a one-off. FDM 3D printing delivers production-ready parts in days — handles in PETG, UV-stable components in ASA — with open per-gram pricing, no tooling cost, and no minimum order.

What we print for breweries

Your industry. Your parts.

FDM printing in engineering materials — PETG, ASA, ABS, TPU — to the geometry your operation needs. No tooling cost, no minimum order, open per-gram pricing.

Custom tap handles

Branded to your logo, printed in PETG or ASA at any depth. Consistent across a full run, ordered one at a time.

Fermentation vessel fittings

Ports, plugs, and sample-port covers sized to your specific tanks — not catalog sizes that almost fit.

Flight-board holders and tap collars

Branded beer-flight stands, tap-shank collars, and growler-grip inserts machined to your brand identity.

Keg hardware

Valve-seat protectors, cap covers, and coupler shrouds in materials rated for cold, wet cellar environments.

How a job works

Photo to part in days.

  1. 01

Send a photo and a measurement

A phone photo of the broken part or the gap where one should go, plus rough dimensions. That is enough to start — no CAD file needed.

  2. 02

    Quote in 24 hours

A fixed price, the material we would use and why, and a ship date. No mystery pricing; the quote itemises material, machine time, and shipping.

  3. 03

    We engineer and print it

We reverse-engineer the geometry in FORMA, our parametric CAD engine, and print it in the right engineering material on a Prusa Core One L.

  4. 04

    Shipped across Canada

Printed in New Brunswick, boxed, and shipped. Most runs are in your hands within days of approval. Worldwide on request.

Straight answers

Common questions from breweries customers.

Are the materials food-safe?

PETG is suitable for incidental contact parts like tap handles and holders. Parts that contact beer directly need a food-safe liner or coating, which we specify in the quote.

Can you match an existing tap-handle profile?

Yes. Send a photo and a rough measurement — overall height and thread spec — and we engineer the geometry from scratch, sized to fit standard Perlick and similar shanks.

Is there a minimum order?

No. A single piece costs as little as $18. A full taproom run of twenty handles costs the same per unit, with no tooling change between one and twenty.

How long until the handles are in my hands?

Quote within 24 hours of your photo or sketch. Most single-material runs ship within three to five days of approval.

Tell us what you need.

One email. Plain-language quote within 24 hours. If we're not the right fit for your job we'll tell you straight.
