3D Printing for Auto Restoration.
Auto shops and restoration garages lose days tracking down discontinued trim clips, door-handle bushings, and interior brackets that haven't been manufactured in decades. FDM 3D printing reproduces discontinued hardware from a photograph — in the material the application needs — with no minimum order and a 24-hour quote.
Discontinued automotive trim and interior hardware — rebuilt from a photo, no minimum.

Questions
Straight answers.
Can you copy a broken plastic part from a photo?
Yes. A clear photo plus one measurement — width, diameter, or depth — is enough to start. We build the geometry from scratch in FORMA and confirm fit before printing the final part.
Is FDM strong enough for automotive interior applications?
Yes, for interior trim, brackets, and clips. Structural drivetrain or suspension parts are not a good fit for FDM. We tell you straight in the quote what the process can and cannot handle.
What materials work for automotive interior heat?
ABS handles up to around 105°C and is the standard for interior automotive plastic. ASA is better for anything near glass or direct sun. We specify the right material by use-case.
Do you do the design work or do I need to supply a file?
Both. Supply a file and we print it. Supply a broken part and a photo and we engineer the file first, then print it. Design is included in the quoted price.
