3D printing service

3D printing that ships real parts, not promises.

Custom parts printed in engineering materials, quoted in 24 hours, shipped across Canada. From one-off replacements to small production runs.

Most 3D printing services hand you a web form and a mystery price. Ours works like a shop you'd actually trust: you describe the problem, a person who prints every day answers, and the quote explains the material choice in plain language.

Replacement parts

Broken, worn, or discontinued: reverse-engineered from a photo and usually stronger than the original.

Custom design

Brackets, mounts, housings, fixtures that never existed. You bring measurements; we bring manufacturable CAD.

Engineering materials

ASA for sun and salt, PETG-CF for stiffness, carbon-fiber nylon for load, TPU for seals. Open per-gram pricing.

Small production runs

Tens to hundreds of units without tooling costs, printed on demand on a Prusa Core One L.

Straight answers

How much does 3D printing a part cost?
Materials are priced per gram and published openly: PLA $0.12/g, PETG $0.20/g, TPU $0.25/g, ABS $0.25/g, ASA $0.30/g, carbon-fiber nylon by quote. Most one-off parts land at a fraction of a machine-shop quote, and every quote itemizes material, machine time, and shipping.
What do you need from me to print a part?
A photo of the part (or the spot where it should be) and rough measurements. A phone photo and a tape measure are enough to start. We reply with a quote within 24 hours.
Can you print parts that survive outdoors and on the water?
Yes. That's our specialty. We print in UV-stable ASA, PETG-CF, and carbon-fiber nylon: engineering materials chosen for sun, salt, heat, and load, not hobby plastic.
Do you ship across Canada?
Yes. We print in New Brunswick and ship anywhere in Canada, typically within days of quote approval.
Can you design the part, not just print it?
Yes. Reverse-engineering broken or discontinued parts from photos and measurements is most of our work, and our parametric CAD engine FORMA generates manufacturable geometry sized to your numbers.
